Please see below Funeral arrangements for the Most Reverend Gerard Clifford RIP, Auxiliary Bishop Emeritus of Armagh: • Reception of Remains: Today, Tuesday 13 December to Saint Patrick’s Church, Dundalk, at 7.15pm, followed by Mass at 7.30pm.
Archbishop Eamon Martin, Archbishop of Armagh and Primate of All Ireland will preside at this evening’s Mass.
Canon James Clyne, a friend and contemporary of Bishop Clifford will be the Principal Celebrant and will preach the homily.
Bishop Clifford will lie in state until Thursday 15 December at 11.45am.
• Evening Prayer: Wednesday 14 December at 7.30pm.
• Requiem Mass: Thursday 15 December at 12 noon, followed by burial at Calvary Cemetery, Ravensdale.
Archbishop Eamon Martin will be Principal Celebrant at this Requiem Mass.
Cardinal Seán Brady, Archbishop Emeritus of Armagh will concelebrate and will also preach the homily.
