CWI : Operation TRUTH (11)

Further to our recent posting in relation to Mr Yanga, the husband of the allegedly celibate Patrick Buckley, we now wish to pose the following questions to Mr Yanga on foot of aforementioned posting....

1. Have you advised the Diocese of Down and Connor that you, Paul Creaner and other members of 'The Oratory Society' are still (mis)using the property at 6 Princes Gardens for the purposes of service - for which you are charging financially?

2. Why are you not using this money to pay for the outstanding liabilities in relation to the rates and utility bills?

3. Why have you not changed the utility bills into your own name, considering your declaration of intent to reside at 6 Princes Gardens?

4. No utility bills have been paid since your allegedly celibate partner/husband, Patrick Buckley died, and indeed there were some outstanding previous to his death - will you pay them?

5. You have differed in your claims that allegedly celibate partner/husband, Patrick Buckley did, and then, did not leave a will - which is the truth?

6. If there is no Will, have you applied for, and been granted Administrator Rights?

7. It has been claimed in the recent article that (quote)

“Of course it is implied. He looks after the house, he looks after the garden and everything else connected with the property.

“He is the caretaker and the owners have allowed him to do all of those chores unpaid, so where is his tenancy agreement? They can’t evict Eduardo without one. (unquote)

Why Mr Yanga, have you not made your legal representative aware of the truth in relation to the facts that the Diocese of Down and Connor has continuously paid for the maintenance, upkeep, refurbishment and repairs of the property - all of which is documented by the Diocese of Down and Connor?

8. Your  allegedly celibate partner/husband, Patrick Buckley, as part of the agreement of 2012 had to take care of the utility bills, and he failed at that, and you are continuing in this line. Do you expect the Diocese of Down and Connor to pay such outstanding debts as part of any agreement for you to leave the property?

9. You have failed to sell the Merc (via a Facebook posting), and it is now being reclaimed by the finance company as no re-payments have been made for quite some time. Were you attempting to sell it in the hope aforementioned finance company would not become aware of what can be alleged to be dishonest behaviour by you?

10. Have you advised Mr Toby England (or is his surname Taylor?) a senior partner with Harriet and George, Legal Consultants in London, of your income from (mis)using 6 Princes Gardens by way of continuing to use it for financial gain?

11. Have you advised, and registered, 6 Princes Gardens, to the Northern Ireland Civil Registrar and to His Majesty Revenue and Customs for the purposes of declaring it as a business property?

12. If not, why not?

13. Have you advised the Diocese of Down and Connor that you and others are using 6 Princes Gardens for financial gain?

14. If not, why not?

15. When you lose your Court case, will you haggle with the Diocese of Down and Connor as part of a settlement, for any and all outstanding bills to be paid whilst also withholding monies earned from the ongoing (mis)use of 6 Princes Gardens which could be paid to the diocese for rent which would be due at that point?

16. Why have the Sunday World been disingenuous in claiming that they attempted to contact the Diocesan Press Office and the Diocesan Solicitor, as records indicate information contrary to that which is claimed in the article?

17. Have you, or the family of your recently deceased, allegedly celibate partner/husband, Patrick Buckley, instructed that his death certificate be witheld from public access? If so, why?

18. We have evidence of other activites in that property, and would be happy to publish evidence of such in very near future, and this would not be of help to your case. Is this behaviour to which we are referring still ongoing? Have you advised your solicitor of all of this?

19. Are you Eduardo, willing to meet any of the 55 men infected with HIV by your allegedly celibate 'partner/husband', Patrick Buckley?

20. Do you still think that your referring to those who dare to tell the truth as 'trolls' is appropriate?

Some simple questions Eduardo....maybe you would like to address them in the public interest...honestly.
