The case will begin on Tuesday May 11, 2010 in Wicklow Circuit Court.
It is expected to be a 3 day hearing as appeals were lodged on both sides.

Let us hope that this time justice will be done as it has been a long four and a half years and endless legal fees and expense for the Parish Secretary while Fr. White has his funded by Church sources!!

It is a long time since this all began but people have not forgotten the injustice of her being dismissed from the Parish Council and Liturgy Group in Queen of Peace Parish Bray and being refused permission by Fr. Larry White Parish Priest to become a Special Eucharistic Minister and take the Blessed Sacrament to the Sick in her home Parish.
All of this still smacks of bully tactics on behalf of the Clergy.
Nothing has been learned from all the abuse reports - these little men still throw their power around. In this case it was bullying.
