It was 3 months yesterday (to the date) since the death of Patrick Buckley and therefore time for his partner Eduardo YANGA to vacate 6 Princes Gardens, Larne, County Antrim, but it seems that Mr Yanga is not going to go easily.
Mr Yanga seems to be of the opinion - and it is only his opinion - that he is entitled to continue to reside there despite the death of allegedly celibate partner/husband, Patrick Buckley.
However, the Diocese of Down and Connor feels differently, and no doubt will act accordingly - as is their right - and responsibility.
To be in effect, squatting and then also permitting the property to be used for ceremonies such as weddings (for which money is being paid) is certainly nothing short of disrespectful - but you didn't lick that off the stones Eduardo.
The debts left behind by your allegedly celibate partner/husband, Patrick Buckley are mounting, and no doubt you will be hoping that the Diocese will end up paying such as part of any settlement that you will try to bargain to get you out of 6 Princes Gardens, Larne, County Antrim.
A magistrate / judge may decide otherwise, and the fact that money is being made out of the misuse of 6 Princes Gardens, Larne, County Antrim, may determine against you and the debts left behind.
The Diocese of Down and Connor had a canonical / legal responsibility and duty of care to your allegedly celibate partner/husband, Patrick Buckley - but not to you Eduardo.
The Diocese of Down and Connor have no obligation or responsibility to you.
That is down to yourself, and in effect, blackmailing the Diocese will not work.
You are picking a fight - and you will get a war.
