"God is the true reality" contains previously unpublished sermons of the former head of the church from the years 2005 to 2017, as the Vatican publisher Libreria Editrice Vaticana announced on Friday.
The date of publication of the issue in Italian is 11. December.
Benedict XVI, whose real name is Joseph Ratzinger, headed the Catholic Church from 2005 until his resignation in 2013.
After that, the native German lived largely reclusively in a monastery in the Vatican Gardens. He died there on 31st. December 2022 at the age of 95.
The Libreria Editrice Vaticana is incorporated into the Vatican Communications Authority and is responsible for the publication of files and documents of the Pope and the Holy See.
