- a federal district court in Michigan, issuing a temporary injunction, sided with Ave Maria Foundation, Ave Maria Radio, Domino’s Farms Petting Farm, Rhodora J. Donahue Academy, and Thomas More Law Center,
- the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit issued an injunction temporarily barring enforcement of the mandate against the Archdiocese of Washington and associated charities.
