San Antonio Archdiocese reports Archbishop Garcia-Siller hospitalized after feeling unwell

The Archdiocese of San Antonio has reported Archbishop Gustavo Garcia-Siller was hospitalized after he began to feel unwell while leading Mass.

According to an Official Facebook post, Archbishop Garcia-Siller began to feel unwell as he was presiding at the 9:30 a.m. Mass service Tuesday. 

The service was held at the St. Joseph’s Chapel at the archdiocesan Pastoral Ministry Center.

He was transported to the hospital and is undergoing evaluation. 

The archbishop is reportedly alert, in good spirits, and is doing well.

Prayers are requested for the health of Archbishop Gustavo.
