This property is due to be reclaimed by the RC Diocese of Down and Connor by the end of August (if not beforehand on August 18th - 3 months on from the death of your allegedly celibate partner/husband, Patrick Buckley) but it seems that you, Eduardo, is not willing to relinquish it.
2. Do you, Eduardo, think that the agreement between your allegedly celibate partner/husband, Patrick Buckley and the Diocese of Down and Connor extends to you also?
3. Did your allegedly celibate partner/husband, Patrick Buckley advise you to claim against the Diocese of Down & Connor as he did all those years ago?
4. Why are you not engaging with the Diocese of Down & Connor in relation to this matter?
5. Are you going to try and oblige the Diocese of Down & Connor to take you to court, get you evicted and then run to the low brow newspapers and get some pity, whilst accusing the Diocese of Down & Connor of making you homeless?
6. Are you paying the bills associated with the regular running of the property such as electricity, gas, rates etc, or are you going to try and dodge paying them like your allegedly celibate partner/husband, Patrick Buckley tried for a few years, leaving unpaid bills of thousands?
7. Why are you permitting Paul Creaner to use a property for what can be termed commercial reasons - contrary to the agreement between your allegedly celibate partner/husband, Patrick Buckley and the Diocese of Down and Connor in 2012?
8. In so doing, do you believe that Paul Creaner and the Old Catholic Apostolic Church will foot the legal bills that may yet accrue in relation to your 'defiance' in all of this?
9. Is that why you are posting on Facebook since 22nd June 2024, an advert and video of the car - 2018 Mercedes AMG Model : 22,ooo miles : to raise some money?
10. On the one hand you have claimed that you are the Executor of the estate of your allegedly celibate 'partner/husband', Patrick Buckley, and yet have also claimed elsewhere that there is no will or estate. Which one is the truth Eduardo?
11. Are you the Executor? Key Holder? Or are you going to be applying for Administrative Rights?
