Catholic churches have been awarded £65, 000 worth of grants by the National Churches Trust (NCT) to fund much-needed repair and restoration.
Churches across the UK can apply for support from the NCT, which awards bi-annual grants.
This year the National Churches Trust has given £546, 000 to Christian places of worship in England, Wales and Scotland.
A one-off grant of £154, 000 from the Department for Culture, Media and Sport was awarded by to churches outside the care of the Church of England.
Two Catholic churches have received money from the NCT.
St Michael and the Holy Angels in West Bromwich was awarded £40, 000 to help fund essential repairs and St Philip Neri church in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, was awarded £25, 000 to upgrade the parish hall.
