Man urinated on sacred statue in grounds of St George's Catholic Church in Worcester

JAILED: Jason Thomas, aged 44, was sentenced to 12 weeks in prison for outraging public decency and drunk and disorderly behaviour. Picture by West Mercia Police.A MAN has been jailed for offences including urinating on a sacred statue in the grounds of St George's Catholic Church, Worcester.

Jason Thomas, aged 44 of no fixed address, was sentenced to 12 weeks in prison after he admitted to being drunk and disorderly near Asda in Worcester on Friday, September 9. 

Appearing at Worcester Magistrates' Court, Thomas also admitted to outraging public decency by urinating on the city centre church statue on Wednesday, September 21. 

Thomas was sentenced to 12 weeks in prison and was issued a Criminal Behavioural Order at court on Friday, September 23. 

The CBO will last for two years.
