Catholic school sued for not permitting same-sex dance date

Image result for Christian Brothers High School MemphisA former student of a Catholic high school in Memphis has filed a $1-million suit because the school’s principal told him he could not bring a date of the same sex to a dance.

In his lawsuit, Lance Sanderson, now 19 and a former student of Christian Brothers High School, cited “severe injuries and damages which include, but are not limited to disability, past and future emotional distress, past and future medical expenses and personal care services.”
