A Catholic priest who was found guilty last year of committing acts of gross indecency has successfully appealed his conviction and will be re-tried.
Piotr Antoni Glas (61) was convicted of three counts of committing an act of gross indecency after a trial last year.
This week, the Court of Appeal ruled that there were grounds for a retrial – the date for which has not been set.
Advocate Simon Thomas was representing Mr Glas. Crown Advocate Carla Carvalho represented the Crown in court.
