with assigned duties in the Tralee Pastoral Area which incorporates the
parishes of St. John’s (Tralee), Our Lady & St. Brendan’s (Tralee)
& Spa/Fenit
Rev. Francis Nolan returning from studies at St. Anselm’s Institute,
Kent, England to become C.C. St. John’s Tralee with special
responsibility for human and spiritual formation in the Tralee Pastoral
Area which incorporates the parishes of St. John’s (Tralee), Our Lady
& St. Brendan’s (Tralee) & Spa/Fenit
Rev. Donal O’Neill, Director of Formation St. Patrick’s College Maynooth
to become Diocesan Secretary and Administrator of Kilgarvan following
completion of studies (Aug-Dec 2011) at the Jesuit School of Theology,
Berkeley, California
Very Rev. Noel Spring P.P. Firies (Ballyhar) to become P.P. Ballybunion
Very Rev. George Hayes, Diocesan Secretary and Administrator of
Kilgarvan to study at the Pontifical Irish College, Rome, the Jesuit
School of Theology, Berkeley, California and the Centre for Biblical
Formation, Jerusalem
Very Rev. Jim Lenihan, Administrator, Allihies to become Administrator, Eyeries
Very Rev. Gearóid Walsh P.P. V.F., Castletownbere, Very Rev. Kieran
O’Sullivan P.P. Adrigole,
Very Rev. Jim Lehihan Adm., Eyeries to assume
equal responsibility for the parish of Allihies, a parish of the Beara
Pastoral area which will be without a resident priest
Rev. Gerard O’Leary C.C., Killarney to study at St. Anselm’s Institute, Kent, England
