Dearest friends, I write to you all at a time when we should be cognisant of the fact that we are now in the 2nd half of 2008 and somewhat hurtling towards Christmas!!In the last few days the following numbers should be noted:
* 500 postings for June alone;
* 3,400+ postings for 2008 thus far;
* 8,000 postings since December 16th 2006;
* 313,000+ hits since December 16th 2006.
The rise in postings is due to a combination of factors such as more general global awareness; the contributions of other bloggers or indeed those who wish to make their own personal contribution.
Comments, queries, contributions and criticisms are always welcome here and unless indicated as private, shall be published.
I would personally like to thank the regular reader here who helped beyond necessary in locating the tape of Fr Peyton reciting the Rosary..it has been received and with sincerest thanks ó mo chroí...
Now, another little change shall be happening here and the biretta pictured alongside is to be noted for the very simple reason that when I now take a break or not in a position to post here, a colleague of mine who has covered in the past will (if available himself) cover.When doing so, the collar on the sidebar shall be replaced by the biretta which indicates that he is in charge and will remain as such until the collar replaces the biretta and you know Sotto Voce is back in the building!!
