A young American has attributed his recovery from cancer to a blessing by Pope Benedict XVI.
Peter Srsich traveled to Rome last May to meet the Pope, sponsored by
the Make-a-Wish Foundation, after he was diagnosed with stage 4
non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma.
He reports: “He put his hand right on my chest
where the tumor had been. He didn't know where the tumor was, but he put
his hand right there.”
The young man from Colorado, who is now cancer-free, is a college sophomore, hoping to become a priest.
