The Ministry of Finance will start to closely control even non profit organizations like the Catholic Church in Croatia.The ministry prepares a new rule on accountancy for non-profit organizations where they plan to control the Catholic Church as well, as probably the biggest non-profit organization in the country.
The church would next year need to deal more with tax authorities and to let them know their business plans, the ministry has revealed.
