Holy See for permission to dedicate his diocese to the patronage of St
Mary of the Cross MacKillop.
The Bishop made the announcement to a congregation who had gathered in St Patrick’s Church in Blacktown for the diocesan canonisation celebrations on October 31, the Parramatta diocesan magazine Outlook reported.
