Nova Scotia churches balk at paying for the sins of the fathers

Churches in eastern Nova Scotia are no strangers to hard times.

Attendance is dwindling.

The population is declining.

And they inhabit one of the most economically disadvantaged regions of the country.

This year, however, their plight has reached a point of crisis – and parishioners have had enough.

Uh - yes! Sooner or later the sheople will wake up to this fact. This church is replete with stories of clerical theft of and gross mismangement of church funds.
