Clerical Appointments 2016 - Diocese of Clonfert

Bishop John Kirby has announced the following appointments for the Diocese of Clonfert:

Father Benny Flanagan, PP Clostoken and Kilconieron to retire;

Father Brendan Lawless, PP, Portumna to be Parish Priest of Clostoken and Kilconieron; 

and,

Father Michael Byrnes, Regional Marriage Tribunal to be Parish Priest of Portumna.

These appointments are to take effect on 2 January 2017.
