Croatian press reveals details of Pope´s visit

The Pope will meet with the Croatian President Ivo Josipovic and the Prime Minister Jadranka Kosor, hold a vigil with Croatia's young and say a prayer at the grave of Cardinal Alojzije Stepinac when he comes to visit next year.

These are just some of the details of Pope Benedict XVI’s itinerary during his visit to Croatia scheduled for June 4 and 5, 2011.

He will also visit the National Theatre where he will be welcomed by cultural, academic and other representatives, as well as heads of country's religious communities.

The central event of the visit will be on Sunday, June 5, when the Pope will deliver a message to faithful across the world.

Right before his departure, the Pope is expected to hold a pre-mass at the Zagreb Cathedral and say a prayer at the grave of the Croatian Cardinal Alojzije Stepinac.
