Prime Minister Israeli donates 200 YR. Old olive tree ot the Holy Father

In an over 2,000 kilometer voyage, a 200 year old Olive Tree from the Holy Land has made its way to Ravenna Port in Italy.

The tree is a gift from Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu to His Holiness, Pope Benedict XVI, following Netanyahu’s recent visit to the Vatican Museum.

According to the Israeli Prime Minister, the tree symbolizes the blooming friendship between the two States, and it represents the aspiration to foster peace and brotherhood between peoples and religions.

The operation was facilitated by Keren Kayemeth, the Jewish National Fund, which selected and shipped the tree to Ravenna Port and whose World Chairman, Effi Stenzler, was present for the ceremony.

The tree was transported by the Vatican authorities from the port to its new home at Viale Degli Ulivi (“Olive Tree Blvd”).

  1. The state of Israel is less than 70 years old. The aged olive tree is almost certainly stolen property grown on stolen land from a people the Israelis have disposessed and vilify.

The Holy Father and the Vatican state (both of which are junior to this tree) should refuse to accept this propaganda "gift."

And be aware that groups of Israeli settlers on illegally occupied West Bank land are almost daily invading Palestinian land and burning Palestinian olive groves. The Israeli military watch the incendiarists to protect them.

These are sins crying to heaven for vengeance.
