Bishop Christopher Prowse of the regional Victorian Diocese of Sale has released a pastoral letter aimed at promoting discussion on the future directions of the diocese, according to a diocesan media release. In the letter titled "Finding Home in Jesus", Bishop Christopher Prowse looks at the Catholic vision, pastoral initiatives, the missionary focus of the Church and evangelisation.
The letter concludes with a list of questions which he urges people to discuss over the remainder of the year in preparation for a series of meetings early next year.
These guided discussions will help form a pastoral plan to direct the Diocese of Sale over the next few years.
