Russian Jews thank Patriarch Kirill for his position against anti-Semitism and xenophobia

President of the Federation of Jewish Communities of Russia Alexander Boroda congratulated Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Russia on his 70th birthday.
"The day of your birthday is a good chance to tell you the words of gratitude for your personal principle position and the position of the Russian Orthodox Church against anti-Semitism and xenophobia expressed more than once, for prominent contribution in developing inter-religious interaction in our country," Boroda was quoted as saying by his press service on Sunday.
He is sure that the patriarch's and the FJCR joint actions "based on mutual understanding and trust will further have constructive character and bring positive results in the joint affair aimed at prosperity and flourishing of our people."

Boroda wished the primate good health, happiness, well-being, peace and strength in his ministry.
