Father Ted fans will be disappointed as storm Christine has ravaged the shipwreck which features in the opening credits of the popular show.

Islands have said the Plassey cargo ship, which has been
perched on the western edge of Inis Oirr, the smallest of the three
Aran Islands has been turned around by strong gales and roaring waves
from the Atlantic.
Paddy Crowe, the Inis Oirr Co-op Chairman told independent.ie "The storm bend the bow of it. It completely hit it and moved it. The bow came in, but you couldn't get close to it to see because it's too dangerous."
The Plassey has been a source of particular interest for Fr Ted fans as well as visitors to the tiny island.
