Most Rev. Philip Boyce, OCD, Bishop of Raphoe, has announced the following clergy appointments in the diocese to take effect at the end of September
- Very Rev Seamus Meehan, PP, Dungloe, retires after 50 years of priestly service in the Diocese.
- Rev Aodhan Cannon, CC, Ardara, to be PP, Dungloe.
- Rev Martin Cunningham, (home from study leave) to be PP, Drumoghill
- Rev Ciaran Harkin, CC, Stranorlar granted a sabbatical
- Rev John Joe Duffy, CC, Arranmore Island to be CC, Stranorlar
- Rev Francis Ferry, CC, Conwal and Leck (Letterkenny) to be CC, Arranmore Island.
- Rev Eamonn McLaughlin, CC, Leitirmacaward/Doochary to be CC, Conwal and Leck.
- (Leitirmacaward/Doochary will be temporarily served by the priests of the parish).
