Pope's advisor Father Georg Gänswein turns heads

The Pope is surrounded by numerous advisers on his visit.

But one, Father Georg Gänswein, is turning more heads than most.

Father Georg, Benedict's personal secretary since 2003, has been nicknamed "Bel Giorgio" - "Gorgeous Georg" - in Italy due to his George Clooney-style looks.

German-born Father Georg, 54, said to have a filial relationship with the elderly Pope, is on hand constantly to adjust his robes and hand him speeches.

The Father also has dozens of secretaries, security and diplomats and his doctor for the taxing trip.
