A NEW bishop is to be ordained later this month in succession to the former Bishop of Clogher, Dr Joseph Duffy, who recently stepped down.The Catholic hierarchy have announced that the episcopal ordination of the former bishop's newly appointed successor,Monsignor Liam McDaid, born in Bundoran, will take place at a ceremony in St Macartan's Cathedral, Monaghan, on July 25.
