ARCHBISHOP MICHAEL NEARY HAS ANNOUNCED THE FOLLOWING DIOCESAN CHANGES FOR THE ARCHDIOCESE OF TUAM TO TAKE EFFECT ON FRIDAY, 17th JULY, 2009

Most Rev. Dr. Joseph Cassidy, P.P., Moore, to retire.

Venerable Archdeacon Patrick Canon Williams, A.P., Monivea to retire.

Very Reverend Eamon Canon Concannon, P.P., Newport to retire.

Very Reverend John D. Canon Flannery, P.P., Lackagh to retire.

Very Reverend Colm Canon Kilcoyne, P.P., Cong to retire.

Very Reverend Francis McMyler, P.P., Balla to retire.

Very Reverend Des Walsh, P.P., Williamstown to become P.P., Lackagh.

Very Reverend Patrick Gilligan, P.P., Kilkerrin/Clonberne to become P.P., Cong.

Reverend Enda Howley to become C.C., Ryehill, Monivea.

Very Reverend Michael Molloy, P.P., Roundfort to become P.P., Moore.

Reverend Brendan McGuinness to be become P.P., Williamstown.

Reverend Denis Carney, Adm., Westport to become P.P., Balla/Belcarra.

Reverend Michael Murphy, C.C. Belcarra to become P.P., Roundfort.

Reverend Francis Mitchell, C.C., Westport to become Adm. Westport.

Reverend Declan Carroll, C.C., Mulranny to become P.P., Newport.
