Novena to our Mother of Perpetual Help in Galway Cathedral

Dates: 9th-17th February 2009

Times: 7.45 am; 11.00 am; 1.10 pm; 3,30 pm; 7.30 pm; 9.30 pm


Sunday times: 9.00 am; 10.30 am; 12.30 pm; 4.30 pm; 6.30 pm; 8.15 pm.

A life worth living - finding the key to happiness is the overall theme of this year's Novena.

We invite you to join us as we reflect together on the Word of God and try to unlock some of the great riches which help sustain us in our relationships and in our daily living.

SPECIAL EVENTS:

CANDLE LIGHT EXPOSITION OF THE BLESSED SACRAMENT after the last session on Tuesday 10th, Friday 13th and Monday 16th. A time of quiet reflective prayer and song.

SACRAMENT OF RECONCILIATION on Thursday 12th. A community celebration of the Sacrament at 7.45 am; 1.10 pm; 7.30 pm; 9.30 pm

Mass on this day at 11.00 am and 3.30 pm only

MASS WITH THE ANOINTING OF THE SICK AND AGED on Saturday February 14th at 11.00 am

BLESSING OF BABIES AND CHILDREN after all sessions on Sunday February 15th

NOVENA OF ALL NATIONS at 4.30 pm on Sunday 15th. A celebration of our cultural diversity.
