COI bishops to meet Education Minister over budget cuts

Three Church of Ireland Bishops are to meet the Minister for Education today (Thursday).

The meeting comes after Batt O'Keefe invited the bishops to meet him for discussions in Leinster House on the implications of proposed cutbacks in second level education.

The delegation will consist of the Archbishop of Dublin, the Bishop of Meath and Kildare, and the Bishop of Cork, Cloyne and Ross. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
