The Easter Triduum continues on Good Friday, March 21, with the commemoration of the Lord's Passion, again in St. Peter's. That evening the Pope will lead the Way of the Cross at the Roman Coliseum.

On Holy Saturday evening, March 22, beginning at 9, the Pontiff will lead the Easter Vigil liturgy in the Vatican basilica.

On Easter Sunday morning he will celebrate Mass in St. Peter's Square, followed by the delivery of his Urbi et Orbi address at noon from the loggia of the basilica.

Pope Benedict will celebrate Mass on April 2 in St. Peter's Square in memory of his predecessor, Pope John Paul II, who died on that date in 2005.

From April 15 through 20 the Holy Father will be in the US, for a visit to Washington and New York, highlighted by his address to the United Nations.

Finally, on Sunday, April 27, the Pope will ordain new priests for the Rome diocese, in a ceremony held in St. Peter's basilica. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
