The Archbishop, Bishop, An Garda Síochána, Parish Priest, Chief Superintendent And The Book They Tried To Ban (...and still trying to ban!!)

I have often discussed on this blogspot how corrupt this country can be and certain examples have been cited here but this one is the one that so many have tried to suppress for so long, but not any longer!!!

In a few postings, I have made reference to the cosy relationship between Church and State and how such a cosyup in relations has caused problems for others.

In the local courts in the last few days, the gentleman and his wife pictured above, namely former Chief Superintendent Jim Fitzgerald and his wife Mary, alongside their family, have been victims of such collusion.

I first made reference to this collusion in a posting on this blogspot on December 15th 2006 - the very first day this blogspot came into being and it can be accessed by clicking on this link:

I had made reference to such collusion and at the time was aware that this particular issue was going to be referenced in a book which has been written by a cleric who would be in the know of this matter and indeed a few more, but at that particular time, reference was all that could be made.

In the intervening time, however, matters were beginning to take a route of their own but my observations and information in relation to this matter were still being placed into your domain through this site and the New Year saw the following posting being placed hereupon

and further on in the year, another posting was titled as follows;

and now with the legal case having been decided upon by the courts, I can now release the full details in relation to this case....

Chief Superintendent Fitzgerald was based in Nenagh, Co Tipperary and was efficient to say the least in the execution of his duties as required of him which caused a lot of unease, rumour and untruths to be circulated including the writing of poisonous anonymous letters to Garda HQ based in Dublin.

At whatever level the decision was taken is as of yet unknown for definite, but there is little doubt the Garda Commissioner was aware of what was happening...but a telephone call was made to the palace of the Archbishop of Cashel & Emly in Thurles, Co Tipperary but was duly advised that the call needed to be redirected to Westbourne, Ennis, Co Clare which is the palace of the Bishop of the Diocese of Killaloe namely one Willie Walsh...

What was said on the phone must have been serious enough for the bishop to instruct the then parish priest in Nenagh to launch an investigation into the Chief Superintendent for what purposes though still remains unanswered but no doubt it was to discredit him as much as possible...

The parish priest - on the direction of Bishop Walsh - duly asked a few citizens of Nenagh to come to the parish house, where there was plenty of drink laid out for them to consume and as they were drinking they were also being brought in for interviews with the parish priest and a high-ranking member of the Garda force...

Naturally, this report was very heavily biased against the Chief Superintendent and was responsible for his removal from his position as Chief Superintendent which he then began to challenge...during which time he became aware of the poisonous letters, the involvement and collusion of Church and State all of which was now causing some very serious difficulties for him, his wife and family...

A meeting was sought with the Bishop and was acceded to and it turned out to be a momentary gathering in the parish house in Scarriff after a Confirmation ceremony at which the Bishop admitted his involvement and apologised for such and duly left the room in which the Chief Superintendent and his wife had been asked to wait...

The meeting took less than a minute but in time to come, the Bishop did then send a letter in relation to the matter to the couple who were still facing difficulties with the Garda force but when the matter went to the courts, the whole case was thrown out due to its having being nothing short of a vendetta by the force against one of its own....

However, in the middle of all this, a cleric who had become aware of the matter was also being seriously hassled and falsely arrested by Gardai and detectives (one of whom is in fact related to the wife of the Chief Superintendent, namely Detective Michael "Mick" Moloney) in Ennis, being brought to the local station, imprisoned for a time before being questioned on trumped up charges before being released with no further charges being preferred against him...yet during such questioning the bishops name was raised on a few occasions with no explanation as to why such harassment was taking place.

So, to recap in a very simple way, there is indeed collusion between Church and State in this country of ours, and if you dare question or assist those being trampled upon by the authorities the result is you will also find yourself under same pressure as those facing this type of dictatorial behaviour...

Ireland has become a dictatorship in the last few years and no doubt if this matter was to be investigated, no wrongdoing would be found against the detectives and Gardai as they do no wrong...nor did Bishop Walsh when he accommodated such corrupt behaviour by the Gardai...

...and when you come down from cloud cuckoo land, you may get a nasty bang when you wake up and realise that this has indeed happened...the evidence does exist and when ready for being posted, up on this site it will go...then let the people see what the existence of this corrupt link between Church and State involves...
